Shipping Policy

At Neko Soluciones S.A.S., every product is made-to-order. Because our embroidery, sublimation, and DTF (Direct to Film) processes require high precision and craftsmanship, we adhere to the following timelines:

1. PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIMES

Production time depends directly on the quantity of items in your order:

  • Orders of less than 10 units: Production time is 10 to 15 business days.
  • Orders of more than 10 units: Please allow an additional 2 business days added to the standard production time.
  • Important Note: Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or Colombian national holidays.

2. CURRENCY & RATES

All prices, shipping fees, and transactions on our website are expressed and processed exclusively in United States Dollars (USD). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your package.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (COLOMBIA TO USA)

We ship all orders from our production center in Medellín, Colombia, to the United States.

  • Import Duties & Taxes: As this is an international shipment, the customer is responsible for paying all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees determined by U.S. authorities upon delivery. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

4. TRACKING & DELIVERY

Once production is complete and your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Neko Soluciones S.A.S. is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or carrier logistics beyond our control.

5. INCORRECT ADDRESSES & REFUSED PACKAGES

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or is refused at delivery, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs and any fees incurred to return the package to Colombia.
