Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Neko Soluciones S.A.S., we specialize in high-quality customization, including sublimation, embroidery, and DTF (Direct to Film) printing. Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, please review our policy carefully.

1. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS (FINAL SALE)

All items personalized via sublimation, embroidery, or DTF printing are unique and created specifically for you.

  • No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to production quality, such as selecting the wrong size, change of mind, or color preference.
  • Exceptions: Returns or exchanges will only be authorized in the event of a proven manufacturing defect in the item or a significant error in the design execution by Neko Soluciones S.A.S.

2. “AS IS” WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

ALL CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS ARE SOLD ‘AS IS’ WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Minor variations in color or placement are inherent to the sublimation and DTF printing processes and do not constitute a defect.

3. ELIGIBILITY FOR AUTHORIZED RETURNS

If a return is authorized due to a manufacturing defect:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • It must include all original packaging and tags.
  • You must contact us within 10 days of the delivery date.

4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping fees to return the product to our facility in Medellín, Colombia, unless the return is due to a confirmed error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

5. REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be eligible for returns (under the conditions mentioned above). Items marked as “Sale” or “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
