1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Every item is made-to-order with high-precision techniques at our workshop in Medellín.

• Orders under 10 units: Production time is 10 to 15 business days.
• Orders of 10 units or more: Please add 2 extra business days to the standard time.
• After production, shipping time depends on the international carrier to the United States.
• Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Colombian holidays.

2. Do I have to pay import duties in the USA?

In most cases, no. Thanks to trade agreements (FTA) between Colombia and the USA, orders with a declared value under $800 USD typically qualify for duty-free entry (De Minimis rule). Only bulk orders exceeding $800 USD may incur customs fees.

3. What customization techniques do you offer?

We use cutting-edge technology for all types of products:

• Embroidery: Elegant finishes with texture and high durability.
• Sublimation: Ideal for permanent full-color designs on polyester fabrics.
• Textile DTF: Soft, stretchy, and durable prints for any type of garment.
• UV DTF & Decals: Special technology for hard surfaces (tumblers, mugs, acrylics) that offers high adhesion and a premium 3D textured finish.

We are a family-owned business from Medellín, Colombia. Our main inspiration is María Isabel, a person with a hearing disability who drives our discipline and focus on visual perfection. We also proudly prioritize female employment, supporting the talent of women in our region.

5. Can I return a customized item?

Since every product is personalized exclusively for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or design choices. Returns are only accepted in the event of a proven manufacturing defect. Please double-check your order before confirming.

6. How should I care for my products?

• Garments: Always wash inside out with cold water. NEVER use boiling water, as it ruins the quality of sublimation and DTF prints. Do not tumble dry on high heat.
• Hard Goods (UV DTF): Hand wash only with mild soap. Do not use a dishwasher or abrasive sponges over the design.

7. Do you ship to the entire United States?

Yes, we ship to all U.S. states from Medellín, Colombia. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight.
